Moderato Cuvée Révolutionnaire Colombard is an alcohol-free dry white wine made from 100% Colombard grapes grown in the heart of Gascony, in the South-West of France. The wine is dealcoholised, meaning it is fermented to its natural strength before the alcohol is removed, using a gentle process. On the nose it has aromas of pear and peach. The palate is crisp and light, with flavours of pear, peach and citrus zest.
