Cuvée Révolutionnaire Colombard is an alcohol-free white wine from Moderato, sitting within the brand's Cuvée Révolutionnaire sub-range, which was launched as a step beyond Moderato's original low-alcohol offerings. The grape is 100% Colombard from Gascony, a variety known for pronounced acidity and fresh aromatic character. Dealcoholisation (the process of extracting alcohol from the finished wine) uses vacuum evaporation at low temperatures, a method chosen to preserve the wine's volatile aromas rather than drive them off with heat. The recipe was developed in collaboration with oenologist Vincent Pugere to maintain balance between acidity and fruit. Moderato describes the profile as mineral, with citrus and tropical fruit character.
