Moderato's Cuvée Révolutionnaire Pinot Noir is an alcohol-free red wine made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the South of France. It is barrel-aged, then dealcoholised at low temperature, meaning the wine is fermented at full strength before the alcohol is gently removed. It tastes of red fruits with a slightly spicy touch.
