MOMO Kombucha Amadora's Passion Fruit Kombucha is part of the brand's named-producer series, taking its name from Amadora, who grows passion fruit in Mairena del Alcor, Seville. The fruit is drop-ripened: nets positioned beneath the plants catch it when it falls naturally, ensuring peak maturity at harvest. MOMO ferments in small 10-litre glass jars, and this alcohol-free kombucha is brewed raw and unfiltered in London. Ten pence from each bottle sold supports the Natoora Farm Fund.
