MOMO Kombucha Carmelo's Blood Orange Kombucha is part of the brand's named-producer series and one of its spring seasonals, available around March to May. The Moro blood oranges come from Carmelo's grove in the foothills of Mount Etna, Sicily, a grower Natoora has worked with for close to twenty years. MOMO ferments the kombucha raw and unfiltered in small glass jars in London. This alcohol-free kombucha draws on a long-established supply relationship to bring a tightly seasonal Sicilian variety to the range.
