MOMO Kombucha Cold-Brew Coffee Kombucha was developed in collaboration with Tate Galleries to mark Tate Modern's 25th anniversary in 2025. The coffee is a naturally processed Rwandan variety sourced through Coffee by Tate's Gender Equality Project and roasted on the grounds of Tate Britain. The collaboration also shaped the recipe: MOMO uses a lighter sencha tea base in place of its usual assam, letting the coffee character come forward. The bottle carries a reproduction of Henri Matisse's The Snail (1953) from the Tate collection. This alcohol-free kombucha was initially available from May 2025 at Tate Gallery locations.
