MOMO Kombucha Limited Edition Hops Kombucha is the hop-forward entry in a range built largely around fruit and botanical flavours. Made in the railway arches at New Covent Garden Market, it uses Hallertau Blanc and Nelson Sauvin hops (varieties drawn from the craft beer world) to give this alcohol-free kombucha a distinctly resinous character. The batch is produced raw and unfiltered.
