It comes from a collaboration with Natoora, using Oscar Zerbinati's Sentinel Watermelons, and the recipe includes watermelon juice. This alcohol-free kombucha is left raw and unfiltered, which means it is not pasteurised or strained after brewing, so the live fermentation cultures stay in the bottle.
