Nittenauer Le Chauffeur is the non-alcoholic IPA in Brauhaus Nittenau's alcohol-free range, from a Bavarian brewery with origins dating to 1762. The hop selection spans five varieties (Simcoe, Chinook, Mosaic, Citra, and Callista), applied via cold-hopping to preserve aromatic intensity. At 45 IBU, the bitterness is assertive by AF IPA standards. The grain bill pairs Munich and Pilsner base malts with Caramel Palisander and a small addition of Carafa Special Type III.
