The Wit is Nittenauer's alcohol-free take on the witbier style, part of the non-alcoholic range from Brauhaus Nittenau, a Bavarian brewery founded in 1762. It is spiced with Curacão orange peel and crushed coriander seeds added during the boil, following the traditional spice additions associated with the style. At 30 IBU, bitterness is deliberately restrained.
