Beerwheat beer
The Wit
Hazy pale yellow AF wheat beer with orange peel and coriander aromas.
About This Drink
Nittenauer The Wit is Brauhaus Nittenauer's alcohol-free Belgian-style wheat beer, brewed in Bavaria and inspired by the classic witbiers of Belgium. The brewery uses a special yeast that cannot ferment malt sugar. Orange peels from Curaçao and coriander seeds are used in the recipe. In the glass, it appears hazy and pale yellow with a foamy white head, and the aroma carries orange peel, coriander, and soft spice.
