The hop bill combines Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe for a tropical, citrus character, while the functional dimension comes from a post-fermentation infusion of adaptogens and heat-treated Bifidobacterium postbiotics. NuWave positions this alcohol-free hazy pale as a social tonic aimed at replicating a relaxed, convivial feeling through plant-based ingredients, targeted at sober-curious and mindful drinkers from its launch in early 2024. It is the first product in a range that also includes a sister alcohol-free lager.
