Omnipollo Aplace Passionfruit was created in collaboration with Stockholm fashion retailer Aplace to mark the store's tenth anniversary. The non-alcoholic beer is a passionfruit adaptation of Omnipollo's Zodiak IPA, brewed at De Proefbrouwerij in Belgium using a specific yeast strain developed to limit fermentation and maintain body at low alcohol levels. The label was designed by Karl Grandin, Omnipollo's co-founder and visual artist, with the artwork intended to bridge craft beer and fashion. The beer was conceived for the social settings Aplace inhabits: gallery openings, retail events, and cultural gatherings where a considered non-alcoholic option fits naturally.
