Bianca Godfeather is a thick, fruity and unapologetically indulgent lassi gose style drink from Swedish brewery Omnipollo, alcohol-free and closer to a liquid dessert than a traditional lager. It has a hazy appearance with a vivid berry-led colour and a smoothie-like consistency. The aroma brings blueberry, raspberry and tropical pineapple, followed by sweet marshmallow and maple. On the palate it is full and rich, with soft carbonation and a long fruity finish. It is suggested as an after-dinner drink.
