Bianca Non-Alcoholic Mango Lassi Gose is an alcohol-free gose brewed in Belgium by Omnipollo, a Swedish brewery. A gose is a wheat beer style characterised by salt and a tart fermentation; in this case the style is taken in an unusual direction, inspired by the traditional Indian mango lassi drink.
