Omnipollo Bianca Non-Alcoholic Mango Lassi Gose is a non-alcoholic adaptation of one of the brand's most recognised beers within the Bianca lassi gose series. Brewed at De Proefbrouwerij in Belgium, the recipe uses mango, lime, and rock salt alongside a substantial addition of lactose to achieve the thick, viscous body characteristic of a lassi. The project to bring the Bianca series into the alcohol-free space was driven by Omnipollo's aim to keep the signature heaviness of the original versions intact. Rock salt provides a savoury counterpoint to the fruit-forward base, a hallmark of the gose tradition within this range.
