Bianca Non-Alcoholic Raspberry Passion Lassi Gose is an alcohol-free gose from Swedish brewery Omnipollo, part of the Bianca range of lassi-style goses. Deep pink in the glass with a thick haze. The aroma brings ripe raspberry and tropical passionfruit. On the palate, intense fruit sweetness is balanced by gentle acidity, built on a gently tart gose base. The mouthfeel is smooth and full bodied, with a softly tart quality.
