Omnipollo's Noa Pecan Mud Cake is an alcohol-free imperial stout from the Swedish brewery, modelled on its full-strength original and inspired by rich pecan mud cake. It is opaque black in the glass beneath a dark tan head. The aroma brings together roasted pecans, dark cocoa, espresso and sweet vanilla, over a base of roasted malt. To taste it is dense with chocolate, toasted nuts, burnt sugar and caramel, with a deep roast and a subtle bitterness to balance the nutty sweetness. The mouthfeel is smooth, dense and full.
