Tokyo IPA, brewed in Sweden, began as a beer for Omnipollo's bar in Tokyo and has since been reimagined as an alcohol-free IPA. It keeps the modern IPA feel of the original but in a lighter, easier drinking format, built around clarity, freshness and drinkability. In the glass it's crystal clear pale gold with a white head. The aroma is led by pineapple, with soft citrus, light malt and gentle hop character, giving a juicy lift without tipping heavy or sweet. On the palate, fresh pineapple and citrus come first, followed by malt and subtle hop character, with very low bitterness throughout. The body is slim and crisp, sessionable, with an alcohol-free finish.
