About This Drink
Pacific Sensation Anise was created in 1982 to mark Ricard's 50th anniversary, placing it among the longer-established non-alcoholic takes on the classic pastis format. The anise character draws on natural extracts, with aromatic plants sourced from across the Mediterranean and China. Traditionally served diluted, one part Pacific to five parts chilled water, it follows the same preparation ritual as alcoholic pastis and is the only drink in the current Pacific range.
