About This Drink
Pavari 17 Spritz is a ready-to-drink version of the bottled 17 Mediterranean Aperitif. The same 17 botanicals from Italy and Spain, cinchona bark, gentian root, cardamom, black pepper, bittersweet orange peel, are blended with Mediterranean dealcoholised white wine and mixed with soda, then canned in 250ml format. The result is effectively the classic spritz serve pre-built: no measuring, no assembly. On the nose you get the same zesty orange and herbal bitters as the bottle, though slightly more subdued given the dilution from the soda. The palate follows suit, citrus-forward at first, with the bittersweet structure coming through mid-drink and the dry, slightly earthy finish that the cinchona and gentian bring. It's lighter-bodied than pouring the aperitif neat, which is by design. At 20 calories per 100ml and 2g of sugar, this is a genuinely low-calorie option for the aperitivo crowd. The can format makes it practical for picnics, outdoor events, or anywhere you want a proper bitter spritz without the hassle of mixing. If you already like the bottle product, this is a convenient extension of it. If you're new to Pavari 17, the can is a lower-commitment way to try the flavour profile.
