Pierre Zéro Signature Sparkling Chardonnay
Dealcoholised Chardonnay, almond and brioche over fine bubbles
About This Drink
Pierre Chavin's Pierre Zéro Signature Sparkling Chardonnay is an alcohol-free sparkling wine from France, made from Chardonnay grapes. It is dealcoholised, meaning the wine is fermented at full strength and the alcohol then removed, with grape juice blended in. Pale yellow in the glass, it carries fine bubbles. The aroma is mineral and brioche, with apple and a touch of citrus. To taste, almond and hazelnut come through alongside apple, pear and more citrus. The finish is dry, clean and pure. With no alcohol, it is suitable to drink during pregnancy. The brand also makes a Pierre Zéro Signature Sparkling Rosé.
