Plus & Minus Pinot Grigio is an alcohol-free white wine from South Australia, a 2020 vintage made by winemaker Corey Ryan. It is de-alcoholised, meaning the wine is fermented at full strength and the alcohol is then removed. The grapes come from South Australian vineyards. Very pale straw in the glass, it has aromas of green apple, pear and soft citrus with a slight floral edge. The palate carries apple and pear with a touch of melon or white peach, a gentle acidity and balanced sweetness over a light, smooth body. It finishes clean and soft with a gentle fruit echo, refreshing and best served chilled alongside seafood, salads or cheese.
