Plus & Minus Sauvignon Blanc is an alcohol-free wine from the 2023 vintage, made with grapes grown in South Australia. After the wine is made, the alcohol is gently removed, and grape-skin extract is added to give it more texture and depth. It is pale yellow and still in the glass, clear and light. The aroma carries tropical fruit, citrus and green apple, with a touch of passionfruit. To taste it is dry, with crisp acidity, clean citrus zest, green apple and tropical fruit. The finish is clean, with a little fruit carrying through at the end. It is made without artificial sweeteners.
