The recipe draws on Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Saaz hops, varieties associated with the gentle bitterness of Central European lagers, laid over a malt bill of Pilsner, Wheat, and Munich malts. Põhjala brews from the historic Noblessner shipyard district in Tallinn, and Laager 0 sits alongside a small cluster of other alcohol-free releases in the brewery's range.
