Pohjala Prenzlauer 0 is an alcohol-free raspberry sour produced by Pohjala Brewing AS in Tallinn, Estonia. It is inspired by the Berliner Weiße style, a sour wheat beer originating in Berlin, and brewed with raspberries and lactose. The colour is deep pink to red with light carbonation. On the nose there is fresh raspberry, a soft lactic tang, light grain and a touch of citrus. The palate brings sharp raspberry fruit and crisp acidity with gentle malt. A tart-sweet, slender body leads to a dry, tart finish.
