Treeninglaager

Põhjala Treeninglaager is a non-alcoholic hypotonic lager developed in collaboration with Estonian Olympic sprinter Rasmus Mägi, formulated to support post-exercise fluid and mineral restoration.

About This Drink

Treeninglaager was developed in collaboration with Rasmus Mägi, an Estonian track and field athlete who has competed at Olympic level, making it one of the few non-alcoholic beers to emerge from a direct partnership with a professional sportsperson. Its hypotonic formulation is designed to help restore fluid and mineral balance after exercise, positioning it within Põhjala's alcohol-free range as a functional option. The Treeninglaager name covers two entries in the lineup, with a citrus variant sitting alongside this original. Tettnang, Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Magnum hops are used in the recipe, with the bitterness kept to 20 IBU.
