Proxies Crisp White is an alcohol-free wine alternative made by an experienced winemaker. It is designed as a proxy for wine rather than as a non-alcoholic wine, and is not dealcoholised (a process in which wine is brewed at full strength and then the alcohol removed). The flavour is zesty and refreshing: lychee, white flowers, spicy ginger, and ripe peach alongside citrus and Niagara verjus, a juice pressed from unripe grapes, with a zippy edge.
