REAL Kombucha Blush is an alcohol-free sparkling kombucha, the rosé-style entry in REAL Kombucha's wine-named range. Brewed at the Fermentery on Waddesdon Estate in Buckinghamshire, it uses a base of White Peony and Darjeeling loose-leaf teas, with dried red grape skin folded into the fermentation. The pink colour comes from black carrot extract, and the recipe includes naturally derived tannin.
