Ginger Beer
Remedy's fermented ginger beer, made with Australian ginger root rather than a kombucha base. Bold and spicy, zero sugar.
About This Drink
Remedy Ginger Beer is a departure from the brand's standard kombucha range. Rather than the 30-day SCOBY-fermented tea base used across the rest of the line, this is built on a ginger root fermentation, using fresh Australian ginger to deliver a more direct, fuller-bodied spice character. The ginger is forward and genuine. It's the heat that builds through the drink rather than the sugary sweetness found in most mainstream ginger beers. Carbonation is assertive. The fermentation process gives depth and a clean, dry finish rather than the sweetness-led profile of non-fermented alternatives. Remedy identified a gap for a sugar-free ginger beer that doesn't compromise on actual ginger character. For anyone who finds conventional ginger beers too sweet or too artificially flavoured, this is a more honest option. It launched in Australia in 2025 and may have limited UK availability compared to the core kombucha range.
