About This Drink

Remedy Lemon Lime & Mint brings three ingredients together that are individually familiar but rarely combined in a kombucha. The 30-day SCOBY fermentation converts all starting sugar, leaving organic acids and live cultures. Lemon, lime extract, and natural mint extract are added alongside erythritol and stevia. The citrus leads. Lemon and lime work together, giving a sharp, slightly astringent acidity that the fermentation base amplifies rather than softens. Mint comes in on the finish, cool and herbal, adding a clean contrast to the tartness. The kombucha character is mild, sitting behind the citrus without asserting itself. It reads more like a sparkling citrus drink with a mint finish than a traditional kombucha. That's not a criticism. For anything remotely warm or summery, the mint lift makes it noticeably refreshing in a way the other variants don't quite manage.
