Roots Divino Rosso is an alcohol-free vermouth made on the Greek island of Lesbos. It is a wine-based aperitif drawing on Mediterranean botanicals, among them Greek bitter oranges, wormwood and gentian. The aroma carries bitter orange, gentian, wormwood and a warm herbal character. To taste it is bittersweet orange with herbal depth, a gentle grape sweetness and a dry bitter edge. The mouthfeel is smooth and lightly syrupy, closing on a clean, bitter finish. It works in spritzes, tonic serves and alcohol-free Negroni-style drinks.
