About This Drink
Rothaus Natur Radler Zitronenzäpfle 0,0% is an alcohol-free Radler from Germany's Black Forest. It is made from the brewery's naturally cloudy Zäpfle lager, dealcoholised (meaning brewed at full strength before the alcohol is removed), with its acidity drawn from natural fruit juice rather than crystalline citric acid. The drink is slightly hazy in the glass. The aroma carries lemon and lemongrass; the taste follows with refreshing lemon, fruit, and malt, with bitterness at 9 IBU.
