Eight Immortals Sparkling Tea is an alcohol-free sparkling tea from Saicho, part of the brand's sparkling tea range. It is made with Eight Immortals oolong, cold brewed for 24 hours to gently extract flavour from the leaf while keeping tannin levels low.
