Sauvion's Sauvignon Blanc Zero is an alcohol-free white wine made with Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Loire. It is pale and bright in the glass, with green and silver reflections. The aroma brings grapefruit, lemon, white flowers, boxwood and cut grass. The palate is crisp and precise, with fresh citrus, herbal Sauvignon character and good aromatic intensity.
