Schönbuch Braumanufaktur's Hefeweizen Alkoholfrei is an award-winning, alcohol-free hefeweizen, the cloudy German wheat beer style. The brewery makes it on one of its most modern de-alcoholisation plants, brewing the beer at full strength and then taking the alcohol back out so the wheat character survives. It is hopped with Tettnang and Hallertau varieties. Even without the alcohol, it keeps a full wheat beer taste.
