Sea Change Free Sparkling is an alcohol-free sparkling wine made from fresh Glera grapes at an artisan winery in the Prosecco region of Northern Italy. The Glera must is held in cold preservation, meaning fermentation never starts. In the glass, the wine is straw-gold with crisp, fine bubbles. The nose brings elderflower, crisp apple and a touch of summer mint, while the palate is clean with apple, citrus and floral character. The finish is fresh and dry.
