The brand traces its origins to 2014, when founder Ben Branson began experimenting with botanical distillation at his cottage in the British countryside. Garden 108 is made by macerating each botanical individually and then distilling it separately in a copper pot still, with the resulting distillates blended together with spring water. The botanical selection includes peas, hay, rosemary, thyme, spearmint, and hops.
