French Martini
A sweet, fruit-forward AF French Martini — pineapple juice and raspberry concentrate in a can, vivid pink and straightforwardly indulgent.
About This Drink
The French Martini is a hard cocktail to translate into an AF format because its appeal is largely textural — the silky, frothy result of shaking vodka with pineapple juice and raspberry liqueur. Sip's version, Elodie, sidesteps the spirit question entirely and leans into the juice-forward nature of the original. Pineapple juice forms the base, with raspberry juice concentrate and agave providing sweetness and a vivid pink hue. What you get is candied raspberry and tropical pineapple up front, and it is fairly sweet at 5.5g sugar per 100ml — the highest in the Sip range. It does not pretend to be a low-sugar drink. Fans of the original cocktail's vibrant fruitiness will find it pleasant enough, though if you wanted something drier or more spirit-adjacent, the Negroni is a better choice in this range. Available in packs of 8, 12, or 24 from the brand's website.
