Sipsmith FreeGlider is an alcohol-free gin-style spirit, launched in 2021 after two years of development and 189 prototypes using over 100 ingredients. The nose carries eucalyptus and juniper, followed by zesty citrus and capsicum heat on the palate. The finish is dry pine with a fiery kick. It contains no artificial sweeteners and is best served over ice with tonic water and a twist of grapefruit peel.
