Out Of Nowhere is Siren Craft Brew's alcohol-free West Coast Pilsner. A West Coast Pilsner is a hoppy take on a classic pilsner, and this one is built on a traditional German lager base before being heavily hopped. It uses Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Simcoe hops, with Idaho7 added in the dry hop, the stage where hops go in after fermentation to build aroma rather than bitterness. The result is fruit cocktail aromas of pineapple, peach and white grape.
