Sobah Finger Lime Cerveza was the second expression released in the brand's native-botanical range, following the Lemon Aspen Pilsner. The centrepiece ingredient is the Australian native finger lime (Citrus australasica), often referred to as 'citrus caviar' because of its distinctive internal juice vesicles, sourced from rainforest on Bundjalung Nations lands in northern New South Wales and south-east Queensland. In place of the standard lime-and-lager profile common in the cerveza category, the finger lime brings its own zingy, tangy citrus character. The brand describes this as their most sessionable expression in the range, positioned for warm-weather occasions.
