Proper Job 0.5% is St Austell's first no/low beer, launched in October 2024 as an alcohol-free IPA based on the brewery's Proper Job. Brewed using a restricted fermentation process, where fermentation conditions are managed from the outset to limit alcohol production, it uses Chinook and Cascade hops for a citrus and tropical character. Maris Otter Pale malt provides the grain base. Clean, crisp, and bitter with a refreshing finish, it is available year round.
