Hell Alkoholfrei
Crisp pale gold lager with soft bready malt and gentle hops
About This Drink
Tegernseer Hell Alkoholfrei is an alcohol-free Helles lager brewed in Tegernsee, in the Bavarian mountains of Germany. It is made to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516, brewed with clear mountain spring water from the Tegernsee, then gently dealcoholised, meaning the beer is brewed at full strength before the alcohol is taken out. In the glass it is clear, pale gold. The aroma is built around fine malt, with gentle floral and herbal hops. It tastes crisp and refreshing, with soft bready malt, low bitterness and a delicate, slightly peppery hop character. Further flavours run to dough and crusty bread, light floral palma violets and a trace of vanilla.
