Theakston Nowt Peculier is an alcohol-free dark ruby ale brewed at the Masham site in North Yorkshire. It takes its recipe from the brewery's full-strength Old Peculier, using the same hop bill of Fuggle, Challenger and Progress bitter hops. The alcohol is removed after fermentation through advanced filtration. Deep ruby with a soft off-white head, it carries aromas of dark malt, cherry and banana.
