The grapes are sourced from South Australian vineyards using sustainable vineyard management, with alcohol removed through high vacuum low pressure distillation to retain the varietal character of the Pinot Noir. A practical environmental commitment runs alongside the product: for every six bottles sold, a native tree is planted in the Tread Softly Forest, a scheme tied directly to purchase volume rather than a general brand-level pledge.
