Viña Sol Alcohol Free Rosé is the non-alcoholic edition of Torres's Penedès rosé, drawing on the same Garnacha and Cariñena grapes used in the conventional wine. Torres began dealcoholising wine in 2008, positioning it as an early Spanish producer in this space. The result connects a recognised Penedès appellation with a fully alcohol-free format, without changing the grape source.
