Vineyards AF Sauvignon Blanc is an alcohol-free white wine made from California grapes. It begins as a fully fermented Sauvignon Blanc, brewed to full strength using traditional fermentation, before the alcohol is removed by spinning cone technology, a method that passes the wine through a series of spinning cones under low pressure and low temperature, gently separating the alcohol while keeping the aromas and flavour intact. The nose shows green grass and soft tropical fruit. The palate is crisp, with citrus, green apple, passion fruit and mango, sharp acidity and a herbaceous character. The finish is dry, clean and refreshing.
