Hazy Galaxy is an alcohol-free session NEIPA from Vinohradský pivovar in Prague. It is brewed with a specialised yeast strain selected to produce only minimal alcohol during fermentation, rather than removing it at the end. Oat and wheat flakes give the beer a full body and characteristic hazy appearance; Australian Galaxy hops add passion fruit and citrus to the aroma.
