Vita Libera Pinot Grigio is an Italian alcohol-free white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes grown in western Sicily. Gently dealcoholised using vacuum evaporation (a process that removes alcohol at low temperature), it retains the refreshing character of classic Pinot Grigio. The wine is pale straw with bright reflections. On the nose, citrus aromas come through. On the palate, crisp and dry with apple and pear flavours, clean acidity, and a smooth, medium-bodied finish. Serve well chilled in a white wine glass; it works as an aperitif or alongside seafood, fresh salads, grilled chicken, creamy pasta, or mild cheeses.
