Vita Libera Primitivo is an alcohol-free red wine from the Salento Peninsula in Puglia, Italy, produced by the Santa Tresa winery. The wine is made from 100% hand-harvested Primitivo grapes and dealcoholised using vacuum evaporation, a process that removes alcohol under reduced pressure to preserve the aromas. Bright ruby red in the glass, it carries an aroma of cherries, raspberries, and wild berries with a trace of spice. The palate is light to medium-bodied, smooth, fruit-forward, and well-balanced. Sealed with a screw cap, it is suited to everyday drinking.
