WALT Riesling is an alcohol-free white wine from the Pfalz region of Germany, made from the Riesling grape. It is vinified in stainless steel tanks and then dealcoholised, meaning the wine is made at full strength before the alcohol is removed. It is pale yellow in the glass. The taste leans on yellow fruit such as peach, with a mineral character and the faint petrol edge typical of Riesling. It finishes fresh, with mouthwatering acidity.
