Weihenstephaner Non-alcoholic Wheat Beer is an alcohol-free wheat beer dealcoholised using falling film evaporation, a technique developed in partnership with the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan, which removes the alcohol through controlled evaporation from the finished brew. The result is a beer suited to drinking after sport or strenuous exercise. Clove comes through on the nose, and the taste brings honey and a yeasty character.
